All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in shipping only. Proof of damage of unused product will be required.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of your package being marked as delivered to simply.supplies@outlook.com to alert us of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages.

Simply Supplies is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Simply Supplies will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RESEND ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED.
